Can I purchase a gift card for personal use?


No, the gift card can only be used to share your passion of HomeExchange with others.




What does the digital gift card look like?


The gift card will be sent to you in PDF format by email after you place your order. You will be able to forward the gift card in an email or print it out to give in person. You can also sign the gift card and add a personalized message.




Can I buy multiple gift cards?


Yes, you can purchase as many gift cards as you like, but remember, each person can only use one gift card.




Is payment on the site secure?

Can I give a gift card to current or expired HomeExchange member?


Current active members of HomeExchange are not eligible to use a gift card. HomeExchange members that have been expired for fewer than six months are also not eligible to use a gift card.




How can the recipient activate their gift card?


The recipient of a HomeExchange gift card can directly enter the code written on their gift card in the promo code area of the payment page. If you encounter an issue, please contact gift@homeexchange.com.
